For those BoB Sellers who don't offer insurance for coins etc shipped via the Post Office, I had my second Numismatic claim paid out by the PO on Tuesday....this was for a Silver Eagle I shipped a few months ago.:smile:

I have one small claim pending!

I think it has to do with the CPA... as I have heard a few sellers also being successful in their claims.

Hi kimbo11,

Take your payment/insurance receipt to the PO where you posted the missing package, get the claim forms from the Postmaster and complete same..he/she will assist you.

 

The Postmaster will lodge the claim and you might get a call from the PO's claims department for additional info.

 

Payment usually takes about 3 months....once claim approved your Postmaster will pay you in cash!

 

Claim for the missing goods plus the postage you paid for same!
