Why is it when one tries to re list certain closed items etc the pictures are missing!!!!! With other closed items the pictures show on the selling page!

I don't sell much so not so much work for me.......but still time....lets hope the BoB IT Guys can sort it out!!!

Our Uncle's BoB have had a good holiday so their brains will be primed and ready to solve the problem!!!!!:cool:

It depends on how old the images are. We did a change over of servers towards the end of last year, and many images were lost and cannot be recovered. You may need to reload them. Alternatively please give me an example of a trade ID.
