Unable to pay using PapPal

Hi

 

I have been trying to pay a seller using PayPal for 2weeks now, the website says they are working on the problem.

I tried reaching the seller via email for alternative payment methods but got no reply on several occassions.

This has resulted in me having a Non-fulfilment warning unfairly filled.

How can I pay when the seller isnt giving me alternative banking details? :wtf::mad:

Where are you from and where are they from? Did they only give you the Paypal account when you checkout with your item? Besides the Seller, did you contact BoB at anytime?
