Neutral Rating

Hi Admin

i filed and SNC for an order and she replied saying why i did not contact her to remind her of the order. I advised that i do not get responses when i communicate so i did not bother.

The buyer completed payment and she received the product however she leaves me with a neutral rating in revenge.

I logged this ticket ([#RMS-237-70490]: FW: You've received a Neutral bidorbuy rating from matuweid) with no response from BOB and the rating is still on my name.

I believe that the rating is unjust as the buyer is the one that placed the order and did not complete it in the required time so therefore the rating against me should be removed and the buyer warned for abusing the system.
