Not1CentMore 10 Posted December 30, 2011 (edited) Buyer bids/wins on 10th December. Winning email notification sent day auction closed. Same noted in Shipping Reference & Messages with Buyer. Terms state payment due 3-days. Message updated five days later and sent to buyer 12.15.11 - Terms not met. Payment not received. Item relisted; no longer available. Payment will NOT be accepted. SNC filed 17th December (copy/paste) messages sent Buyer via Shipping Reference & Messages with Buyer. Buyer appeals 19th December: "I was away on leave. Only got back this morning. Would like to find out if i can make payment and receive the goods?" SNC still shows: Buyer Appeals This SNC has been restricted by admin and you may only have limited options to proceed Thus, my question: How long does it take for Admin to 'unrestrict' or do whatever it is they do to reflect sale NOT completed? And, what's does 'limited options' mean? The only 'limited option' I can see is retracting the SNC. Ruthie Edited December 30, 2011 by Not1CentMore
