what happend to all my blocked buyers?

hi i had about 20 blocked buyers and now i only have 2. what happened to all the blocked buyers?

There was a thread about it, BOB said they were going to remove the blocked buyers because sellers unfairly block buyers at times, just cannot find the thread right now!

You may only block a buyer for a certain period according to the regulations on BOB
