Coin cleaning/reconditioning

Hi folks

 

Okey I know that cleaning coins is frowned upon but I have a coin that was given to me by friend a couple of years ago. Now between buying the coin in Poland and sending it through friends to SA the coin was taken out of its capsule a couple of times and before it reached me it was cleaned (abused) with spirits and a fine cloth used for cleaning glasses.

 

So I would like to know is there place where I can take the coin to to be "cleaned"?

 

I would like to put the coin in a slab for better protection and I would like for it to look good once sealed in, I know that cleaning will affect the grade but i do not care much for that anyway.

 

The coin is a "10 zlote 2000, 20th Anniversary of Forming the Solidarity Trade Union" silver coin
