Hi,

Our mommy rat gave birth to baby rats. They are now 5 weeks old and ready for good loving homes.

They are hand-reared and we really dont want to take them to the pet store.

If you are interested or know someone who is interested please message me ASAP.

Regards,

Richard.

I think the hungry python thing is the reason Rags would like to find nice homes for them and not send them to a pet shop...

Good luck finding homes, hope you do - I don't know if my squeamishness would allow me to take one but I've heard that they make lovely pets!

Are they hooded rats (i.e. black and white) or pure white? The pure white ones can grow to quite a considerable size!

The Beak is a cannibal - he loves chicken so I guess if I cooked a rat he would eat it. But I love rats, so that is out of the question.

well, its all supposed to taste like chicken.... My autistic son does not understand any kind of meat other than chicken, so he gets chicken lambchops, chicken steak, chicken wors, chicken russians. All we say to him is 'its chicken boy, just eat it' and he's fine with it.

He is a child of the universe, he probably understands it better than any of us ever will, my little buddha.

Kyle2 - you know what they say - G0d only gives such children to very, very special parents.

You are truly blessed.

:blink1:Oh Kyle, these children are special, my sister is Mentally Handicaped and is in Irene Homes, when she was little she used to tell me, "Kyk daar Maie (Mari') daar bo innie (in die) lug vieg (vlieg) 'n helihopter (helicopter)", sweet isn't it, today still when i see a plane or helicopter i think of that, she is really special, she is turning 35 on the 5th of December and she sees me as her mom and so does everyone at Irene, whenever i go there to visit or fetch her for a visit, all her friends surrounds me like bees, they don't want me to leave, i have to first have cake and tea and chat to them about the doggies, there are ladies there already 50+ and they call me mom, so sweet!
