Does this perhaps relate to something she purchased from you on Saturday? If so, I find it strange that she would give you a negative rating when you haven't even had time to post the item to her so she hasn't received it yet.

This is one of the, if not the meanest ratings we saw on BOB till date. That Buyer-seller is clearly out to demean you as a seller - you who have NOTHING to prove and has an unquestionable, flawless reputation. We are witness to that!

May I suggest that you add a link to some of the forum threads on Claerhout forgeries to your rating of the seller - also add the links to your reply to their rating... Give them a neutral so they cannot get you for revenge rating.
