Change of e-mail address causing problems?

Hi, I have suspended my Telkom service and am using an alternative service provider, resulting in me having to change my e-mail address. My cash withdrawal from BoB was not processed on Friday (I am told this is due to the e-mail address change and this will be processed today), now I notice I cannot file SNC's? Is this also due to the changes, and if so, when will this be sorted out?

Unfortunately we suspend payouts where details change on the account, this is done for your protection and we will confirm with you that you made the changes. This is not linked to SNCs. Your payout has been changed to pending and will be released shortly.
