The "Similar items you may be interested in" features Buy Nows in the first instance. In most categories, the "Similar..." box will feature only Buy Nows. However, if there are not enough Buy Now listings in a specific section, the system will pull Classifieds and / or Auction listings from the same section. The screen shot we took for the blog is of a listing from the Businesses and Websites for Sale section, which does not feature all that many Buy Nows; hence a Classified and Auction listing was pulled onto the "Similar items..." box. Similarly, if you look into a listing from the Car category, the items featured in the "Similar..." box will as a rule be Classified listings, simply because there are so few cars on a Buy Now / Auction.

What do you guys think? In my opinion this was the first mistake BoB made. This was a slap in the face of the people that made BoB what it was. From here on out they started loosing great sellers and with them their loyal supporters.
