Incorrect Reference number used by buyer on BOB pay.

Hi All.

 

What is the proceedure when a buyer uses the order number instead of the ref number when making BOB payment? How does Bid or buy do a recon? What to I need to do to remedy the situation?:colbert:

The buyer needs to contact billing@bidorbuy.co.za and explain the situation so that they can credit the seller's account. (If you, the seller, have the info you could also contact BoB!)
