Unfair rating

I bought some items from the following buyer on 7 September 2011:

 

Gem Shop

I emailed him on receipt of the items as I did not get all my items: 20 September 2011[/font]

Dear Johann

 

I have placed the above mentioned order with you during last week:

I received all my pliers but not the aluminium tray set which I paid for!

Did you perhaps forget to send me the set or did you send it separately?

I do apologise for the delay but me and my sypplier had a

misunderstanding...he was suppose to deliver my stock overnight and he chose

the slower way...it will still go off this week

I was at the post office yesterday 1 October and did not get any parcel if he had posted it within the same week.

 

​I did not get any feedback via email from him and today I decided to give a negative rating. It was not minutes when I got a negative rating back..

 

This is really uncalled for and unfair!!!

blacklisted from buying here again due to unfair, vindictive and spiteful ratings...tired of people blackmailing us unfairly through ratings

Shoe Moppies. Dit is nie reg van hom nie. Dit is 'n absolute unfair rating. Ek is seker Bidorbuy sal dit kan verwyder. Jy het betaal, maar hy hou jou aan 'n lyntjie!

Dalk moet jy weer met hom probeer kontak maak eers. Verander ook eers die negatief wat jy hom gegee het na 'n neutral.

Jy as verkoper weet ook hoe kwaad ons word oor 'n negatiewe rating.

I purchased Binoculars from this seller in May 2010, paid within an hour, waited 12 days for delivery, product was faulty, emailed seller 3 times, no response, only got reaction when I gave a negative rating, seller then gave me a negative rating and sent me a VERY rude email.

This seller is BAD News, has over 350 negative ratings, most of which refers to bad delivery, faulty or bad quality goods and rudeness.

I'm not taking sides here, but what was your reason for rating him negative for the items you already received. If I was this seller, I would also percieve it as being spiteful.

 

I would have rated him per item accordingly and only gave him a negative for the item I had not yet received.

 

Just my opinion. Hope you get this sorted.

@Virgotec, I agree, would have only rated one item negative, but considering the service buyer has received....

I would have rated him per item accordingly and only gave him a negative for the item I had not yet received.

 

Just my opinion. Hope you get this sorted.

 

What made me angry is that I have send him an e-mail early Thursday morning requesting my outstanding item. He never send me the outstanding article or a tracking number as he now claims.

 

It also seems to me that I am not the only buyer complaining of goods nor received.

 

I am really ANGRY

I had the same situation with the same seller. My problem was that I was too patient. A year later I am still waiting in a kind of mad hope that they might just send me my outstanding items. Yes, CW was involved - but I just got exhausted. They wear you down... My solution? Never go back to that shop again.

Om 'n "rating" te gee terwyl jy kwaad is, is nie 'n goeie ding nie.

 

Die probleem met Gem Shop is dat Johann, sy vrou en sy dogter verkoop op BOB en hulle het 'n winkel en al drie van hulle lys dieselfde goed. Wat dan gebeur is dat daar miskien net een van 'n sekere item in voorraad is en al drie van hulle lys hom. Dan moet Johann vinnig 'n plan maak om nog in te kry. Ek weet, ek het ook al vantevore met hom gedeel.

 

Sterkte ou maat, ek hoop julle kan hierdie probleem op een of ander manier skik.

but maybe you should have rated negative on the 1 item not all of them.

As ek dit dan optel by die Parel Track en Trace sal ek my rating verander - soos wat ek van die begin af gese het. Hy antwoord my nie terug nie en dit laat my nog meer wonder.

 

Ek is en was nog nooit onredelik nie en glo my - ek het ook 'n gewete so waarom sal ek dinge belowe en dit nie nakom nie. Ek voel dat sy aanmerking in sy e-pos onredelik en onvanpas is. Waarom moet ek hom dan met MY geld vertrou as hy my nie kan vertrou met ratings nie. Watter een weeg die meeste? Ek erken dat ek dalk vinnig was met die negative ratings maar hoe lank moet 'n mens geduldig wees? Ek as verkoper en koper is aan die selfde reels onderworpe as almal op bob. As ek nie deliver nie, word ek aangevat.

 

Ek het geen response van hom gekry via epos nie en nou dit!!!

 

My hele naweek is in sy maai gespoil deur een persoon wat nie beloftes nakom nie.

Bel hom Moppies!! Probeer om dinge uitgesorteer te kry! Jy KAN dit regkry! Om jou negatief in 'n positief te laat verander sal jy dalk maar jou trots in jou sak moet steek!

Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours before it features on SAPO's track & trace, I suggest you check again this evening or tomorrow morning.

You don't get it: If he had send me the tracking nr as he said, it would have appeared on the track and trace system. The nr was only provided this morning which makes me believe that the parcel was only sent today. I will check the date stamp on the parcel when it arrives

I got a tracking number on Monday 3 October so I waited and waited and waited and .......

 

Proof that the parcel is not posted / does not exist or wrong number - I just don't know....

Moppies, dalk moet jy die poskantoor se 086 nommer skakel. Dieselfde gebeur soms met my pakkies. soms "registreer" die nommer nie op die poskantoor se netwerke nie. Dit gebeur dikwels!
