How long does it take BoB to sort out a problem?

Hello all

I made a mistake with a BoB EFT payment to a seller. I emailed BoB at about 21:00 that night, asking them for help to sort out my problem.

When I looked at my internet the next morning (round about 11:00) there was an email from Samantha stating that the problem was solved.

Except for a very big thank you, nothing else needs to be said. Or as John Cleese would have put it: “say no more…”

I once queried something and got a reply the same day - on a Sunday nogal!

 

When I asked Solanche what she was doing working on Sunday her reply was "I like my job". Speaks volumes for an organisation when their staff say things like that.
