staccato 10 Posted September 11, 2011 I have emailed BoB 3 times three times regarding an extreme unfair rating given me from a buyer "biker ballie" because he failed to read the listing that states; "READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING" " Watch not working, back is loose". He gave me a negative rating because when he received the item, it was not working and the back was loose! Now if that is not unfair, what is??!! I need this negative rating removed! mellowred 10 Posted September 12, 2011 This is really strange. That is an unfair rating if ever I saw one. I know there was another thread regarding lost e-mails to BoB a short while back. Perhaps yours were all sent in that time frame. I think you get an automated response from BoB stating that "your mail has been received". Did you get an auto-response?
