amcintyre 10 Posted September 2, 2011 I just received a community watch email stating that dried out ornamental sea-horses are illegal items and may not be sold on BOB Other Ornaments - 5 sea horses for sale in East London (ID:43675956) is this true? Little Miss Muffet 93 Posted September 2, 2011 Seeing no one else has answered you I thought I would try These sea horses ,if put into a dark box,start growing.By the time they reach the buyer they are as big as dinosaurs.You can imagine the hugh box they have to be packed in and the commotion they will cause along the way. Reason 2: We are not allowed to sell things we get for nothing off public beaches.It is reserved exclusively for government officials.
