Hi posting again regarding these and now other fake AA and AAA NIMH batteries with capacities that don't exist...these are dangerous see my original post a while back http://forum.bidorbuy.co.za/forum-community-watch/13965-4600-mah-aa-sony-cycle-energy-re-chargeable-batteries.html

Sony ones (again)

bidorbuy ID: 44637407

C.F.L (new pretenders)

bidorbuy ID: 44772201

bidorbuy ID: 44472599

These types of batteries advertising false capacities of 3000mah+ up to 4600/4800mah have the potential to explode or leak or both

Real name brand, high quality AAA NIMH batteries range between 650mah and 900mah and AA NIMH batteries range from 1800-2650mah

Trusted brands like Duracell, Energizer, GP, Sony (not the fake ones), Sanyo Eneloop (check Sanyo's site on how to identify fake/real Eneloop batteries), and Uniross are the only ones you should be looking at...a Leaking, bulging and worse still exploding NIMH can be dangerous to you and your family - Don't buy them!

It's good to have this warning - thank you - but please, if you haven't done so already will you send this info to communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za. Sounds to me as though they are illegal items and pretty dangerous.
