Everyday R1.00 Auctions

Just noticed on FB that there are now everyday R1.00 auctions, would this then work as an ordinary ad eg: place your ad and let it run for 21 days if that is what you choose, merely starting it at R1.00? Is this a new Promotion Category?

This is not new, these are just the normal R1 crazy auctions that are run daily, not just Wednesday and Friday, we've always had these...
