BOBpay Reference Problem

Hi!

 

I have a client who placed an order with me on BOB this past Saturday and I just found out this morning that she paid (on Sat) via BOBpay but used the incorrect reference. (She used her order number, no the BOBpay reference code.) How can I get the payment tracked?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

She must send her proof of payment to Bidorbuy, hello@bidorbuy.co.za and discuss the matter with them
