Collectables versus Collectibles

I am no master of the spoken word, however, I would like your opinion on the spelling of CollectAbles apprapo to CollectIbles in the category index. Am I correct in saying that the spelling should be Collectibles?

Collectable is the UK or English spelling of the word. Collectible is the American spelling. We don't use American spelling on the site.

It is commom practice for most English speaking countries to only use UK English as the standard. The standard used for English in this country is UK English, not US English. This is a matter of fact and not "discrimination", as you put it.
