Site Maintenance, but only through one link

Hi guys,

 

Just now when trying to access the selling page via the drop down on the top bar by hovering over My bidorbuy and selecting Selling I get the Site Maintenance page, but when clicking on My bidorbuy only I get redirected to the Selling page without troubles.

 

Just thought that there might be something wrong with the link that you can have a look at.
