Payout request pending for 3 weeks. No feedback from bid or buy!

I have a pending payout request. I changed my banking details and received and email to advise that me that the details were incorrect. I then changed it back to the original banking details and re sent the payout request.

 

The payout has not yet occurred and the screen reverts back to the old, incorrect banking details and I get an error message telling me that my request is being reviewed (For three weeks?????!!!!) . I have sent several emails to the bid or buy team and not one of them has replied to let me know what the story is. I am rather frustrated at this point and would really appreciate somebody giving me feedback

I suggest you telephone them 0861 88 0861 during office hours. You'll get help pronto!

I do apologise, it appears that we have had some issues with our Helpdesk since the 8th of June and have unfortunately not received your emails. I will get someone to contact you to resolve this as a matter of urgency.
