Reynet Trading 10 Posted June 7, 2011 What is the quickest way of going about changing my account details for a payout request ? ( from FNB to Capitec.) I opened up a Capitec account, but don't want to wait 2 weeks for the money to be transferred to my new account. Is there anything I can do to eliminate any delay's in transferring my funds when changing my account details on BoB . Do I have to email BoB a copy of my ID , birth cert. , etc.. before they will transfer money into the new account.? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

qball 12 Posted June 7, 2011 Hi To change banking details, login to My bidorbuy, select the Selling tab, using the left hand menu go down to Fee Management, select the Fee Payment Method option and follow the required steps to update your banking details. There isn't much we can do about the clearance times with Capitec. We may suspend the payout request as a standard security precaution to confirm with you that you changed banking details and will possibly ask for copies of your ID and a utility bill (both Certified copies not older than 3 months). We will send you an email request to officially request this detail. We also do this when you do your first payout but this is a once off request, unless other details are changed on your profile...
