When buying Windows 7 from another country

I have seen numerous Windows 7`s Ultimate edition retail pack being sold here on the site when buying please make sure:

It is not region-locked, If you purchase a copy in South Africa it can only be activated in Africa or the Middle East. Microsoft does not publish this information, – the local Microsoft office claims it didn't know the OS was region-locked.

So when you activate a copy of Windows 7 from the another country in South Africa it might tell you that you are using a pirated copy.
