cant upload thumbnails

Please help.I am unable to upload a thumbnail in the create auction listing page. When i press the "upload image" or "my gallery button nothing happens. I get an error message on the bottom of the page saying "error on page"when i clicl on the error is says "no such interface supported". Is this a birobuy problem or is it an issue on my side? Any help would be appreciated. regards

Hi - do you still have the problem? I noticed that on occasions you use IE 6 (which we can not support anymore) and IE7. I suggest that you perhaps upgrade to IE8 or use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

 

We do find that IE7 is quite buggy and might cause you all the head-aches. Before upgrading to IE8, perhaps delete your browser cache and browsing history, this typically resolves most of the issues.
