I have photo's missing from these coin listings.

This is such a frustration as the users cannot see the condition of the coins.

Some have 1 image missing and others have all the images missing.

How can I sell these items if users cant look at them???

Must I reload them or can Bob restore them?

Seriously, though, this isn't a nice situation to find oneself in. Hope someone in IT can get it sorted for you quickly.

The images are not on our servers - I also did not see any image-uploads with the same name for when the items where listed. You would have to reload them.

 

Tell me: Since some of the images exist (and are dated November / January) - this looks like a relist - or?

They would have been relisted if not sold.

The images were there when I loaded them. I haven't removed them.If these were loaded, whenever, they were relisted when not sold, so why would they disappear

This one 36110142 is a recent new listing . I can tell by the reference number on it after where the last photo should be

I have had to delete 23 coins because there are one or all of the images missing.

The main photo's would not open

They are recent listings.

The photo's were there in the first place so what is going on.

This is a lot of work to redo.
