wayjen 10 Posted April 7, 2011 I was at a friends house yesterday and he showed me his collection of signed books he has and I am wondering if there is a difference between a book that was signed with a pen and a book that was signed by the author but is printed in the book? Would you still say he book is signed by the author? I have some signed books that were done with a pen and some that are printed on/in the page but don't know if I should word each one differently. Vinyl Lady Decals 11 Posted April 7, 2011 Hi, yes I would say there is a difference, hand-signed shows a more personalised touch, so it os more sought after. You can use the words "hand-signed" and "printed" to distinguish the two.
