RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted April 5, 2011 I think this may be a bug: 1. Copy an auction listing. 2. Create listing as usual. 3. Click create listing - this takes you to confirmation page. 4. At confirmation page, I realize I forgot something or forgot to tick promotions. 5. Click on Edit Listing. 6. Edit what I forgot. 7. Click on update listing. 8. New page shows error - no way around it. 9. Redo entire listing. Here is the error: The Item can not be saved because it has error(s) • This item can not be updated as it's status is Unconfirmed

I have asked one of our developers to contact you tomorrow to just walk through this in detail and see if there is something we can do to fix this.

RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted April 5, 2011 Hi MacMuffin, It only happens when I update the listing coming from the confirmation page. (where I tick "Accept terms and conditions") Not a biggie for me - its the first time I have pressed the Edit listing button from the confirmation page. brands online 10 Posted April 5, 2011 got this last week. Except I tried to change a paid promotion to a paid priority listing, and couldn't update as the listing was unconfirmed.
retailrush 10 Posted April 5, 2011 This has happened twice to me as well. I usually preview my listing before I confirm it and when I make any changes and then go to confirm I also get the error message that the listing couldn't update as the status was "unconfirmed".
