Why does a search of one of my items not reflect on BoB?

Today I got an envelope from someone and the envelope came from NASA with pictures and information of the moon landings from what could be the 1970's and as I have some other NASA items on BoB I ran a search from the main page and my items do not come up in the search engine.

 

What is wrong there?

It does sound a bit strange - maybe you must check your opening / closing times

The item has been on auction for a few months and I was thinking of adding to it because I got some more NASA papers and when I searched for NASA and Apollo it did not show but if i searched moon then it showed.

 

I did another search now and now it reflects, very strange indeed.

Nee meneer ek het nie. First I typed NASA and nothing came up except other peoples listings then I typed APOLLO and nothing showed then I typed MOON and my listing came up. What I then did was add the word NASA to my listing and still nothing came up and so I started the thread. I double checked this about 4 times with the word NASA in my heading and in the body description and there was still nothing. When I saw the replies I checked again and it came up.

ive noticed that after editing your items it might take a while for them to be updated ie visible

at the time there was no editing on my listing and the listing had been up for a few months. They do reflect now.

I have had a similar experience where only one or some of the keywords resulted in a successful search. Weird, but true.
