wayjen 10 Posted February 18, 2011 A buyer won an item from us and the note attached asks if we will gift wrap the item as it is a gift for his wife. I feel we must add more postage now as we must go and get gift wrapping for this client. What you boys and girls think?

I feel we must add more postage now as we must go and get gift wrapping for this client. What you boys and girls think? wayne i have bn asked to do this a few times and every time i have done it free of charge, im sure some sellers will say you should charge for the wrapping paper etc but by doing it for free you are doing the buyer a favour and they know that...........remember happy buyers become regular buyers. wayjen 10 Posted March 1, 2011 Well now I am truly miffed. The buyer buys a SECONDHAND pair of shoes and asks us to wrap it, which we do at no extra charge, and he rates us negative cause he thought they were new. I will fight this one for sure.
Vinyl Lady Decals 11 Posted March 1, 2011 Hi Wayne That's really bad, you are going to appeal of course? The ad does clearly state second-hand so he has no valid reason for the negative.

Jenny wrote a response to the negative and I assume an email to him and yes we will fight it.
