jezzi_bidder 10 Posted February 14, 2011 How do I fix this? I was in hospital - sent them my doctors notes because I had to have 2 tumors removed from my kidney. It was not PLANNED. Obviously I could not honor my winning bid and asked them to please remove my bid. I have a 100% record on bid-or-buy. Has compassion gone out the window?????:twisted::twisted:
JPBon 10 Posted February 14, 2011 Jezzi a Snc is actually filed for the seller to recoup their success fees, Sellers cannot not file these are they are actually losing their money. While they probably do sympathise with you they also need their money back.
jezzi_bidder 10 Posted February 14, 2011 I have no problem paying them the end of the month, but they insisted on 7 days.
kebs 15 Posted February 14, 2011 If you managed to contact them before the SNC was filed, then I think it's unfair that the seller didn't use the option of "buyer & seller agreed to cancel sale". However, you still need to appeal the SNC in that case & agree that you wanted to cancel the sale, otherwise it will be found against you..
