Snc filed but no email from bob

I Recently filed an snc and normally i receive an email from bob informing me that the buyer has been notified and will be allowed to respond etc-On this snc i have not yet receieved this email from bob-Is there areason for this??Also has the buyer been informed??Can admin explain please.

I filed one on monday and never got anything either.
