Posting link and video on listings?

Was wondering if it's allow to add link to our listing for example video about the product that iv have uploaded on youtube.

Yes, you're allowed to as long as there are no contact details in the link, in other words, a buyer must not be able to bypass bidorbuy to buy the product from you.
