Recommended Posts

ATA STAMP CENTRE

HI MAC/ADMIN/BOB

I have a new registered buyer who wishes to place a bid on one of my items-the trade id is 32046172-this is an expensive item but i am happy to accept bids from new buyers-The buyer says in q and a that his bid is not accepted anD he cannot proceed with the bid-Could anyone cast some light on the reason for this-Is there a limit to the amount a new bidder may bid.The item is listed at R11995.00

Any feed back or reason will be appreciated so i can convey this to the new bidder via q and a

THANKS NEIL

to the best of my knowledge there is no price limit however find out if he is working solely on IE, if he is this is probably the reason.

Not sure why he hasn't been able to bid, we have added the bidder to the Buyers group. He should be able to bid now...

I will have to investigate, as there is no reason why he shouldn't be able to bid on the item, none of fraud measures have kicked in and he is in the correct group to place bids...

One of those "unexplained phenomenon"... it's been filed under the X files... glad we could sort it out...
