2 sales,different buyers, sales complete,postage not added and no response via email

So I have emailed these ladies 2 or 3 times already and i'm not getting a response from either. They have paid for the item but not the postage. What do I do now? I even responded to the one lady's question on the sale page about estimated delivery and told her she could add R10 to the shipping cost and I would organize speedy delivery (this was before she paid) and still I hear NOTHING. :wtf:

I would keep emailing - I refuse to post until the complete amount is paid...

if you still don't get a response then contact bid or buy. either these two aren't paying attention to their emails, or they think you don't have a choice as they have already paid. as the two buyers haven't fulfilled their end of the deal, you don't send the items until they do. any company selling online wouldn't send an order unless it was paid in full.
