Our service-provider (Clickatell) informed us, that due to high traffic they experienced an outage during the above time, and your SMS outbid alerts would not have reached you in time. Hopefully most of you spent NYE with family and friends and were not affected by this. Unfortunately during high-volume SMS periods such as over XMAS, those outages are expected and we do hope, that this did not negatively affect your buying experience on bidorbuy.
