Hi

 

I would imagine that your query relates to delivery? There are some Cape Town transport companies which specialise in delivery of furniture, to the furniture shops, up the garden route and to Jo'burg. I wonder if they can help you with regards to anticipated transport costs? I can't remember their names. Your best bet might be to phone a furniture shop in Mossel Bay or Plettenberg Bay and ask them who they use.

thats exactly what i was worried about.

 

i guess i would have to inquire about the costs involved before selling

 

thanks will check them out and see what they have to say when i have some pine furniture in stock next year

The other option would be to list the item but stress local deliveries (Cape Town and surrounding) only. Buyer to arrange own collection and transport outside of CT.

will have to do some investigating to see if is worth all the trouble for the buyer.

because pine furniture can be bought everywhere. the only difference between mine and the shops is the price.

 

the courier / movers price might cancel it out and they might end up paying the same price :hm:

 

going to look around and ask some people selling similar things to see how they got it to work

yeah say collections only and the buyer would make their own plans to get the item.
