I have just noticed that we have"My gallery" on our auction page to upload photo's.

I dont seem to be able to get in there as it takes too long and then konks out.

I dont know whether it is because there are too many photo's in there or whether my anti-virus is checking every image before I can get into the gallery

Hi Geewhizz - we are aware of the performance issues when displaying the gallery. This seems to particularly affect sellers with large image collections (i.e. over 1000 pictures). We received a fix from our suppliers but will only apply it in January as we don't introduce any major changes over the festive season.

 

We hope to have this properly resolved towards middle/end of January though.
