Yesterday, I spent hours uploading items for sale. A whole lot of pictures are missing. What can I do, without having to upload all over again? Here are a couple of examples:-

Personalities - Bill Cosby - My Father Confused Me - What Must I Do, What Must I Do? for sale in Cape Town (ID:30234757)

Personalities - Allan Sherman - My Son, The Nut for sale in Cape Town (ID:30234698)

Help, please.

The pics are back. What a relief. Someone at BoB must have given something a kick, to get it going. I can go back to sleep again.

Apologies for this - we were having issues with Internet Solutions and the image-servers required a restart. All should be okay again.

Simply because some people have manners and thank people who are working on a Public Holiday.

Thank you JP. And by the way.....we had a electrical blow out on Tuesday. Modem went and tons of data was lost on my PC. Had the technician come out and fix it. At 10pm. And I don't even host other people's pictures....Just shows that natural disasters can also cause hic-ups like this. It's about how fast your service is to get the problem sorted out! So once again. Thanks to the BoB technical team. You are appreicated! QUOTE=JPBon;94740]Simply because some people have manners and thank people who are working on a Public Holiday.

Why should I thank a person for doing the job he is getting paid to do?

Oh, and I hate "public holidays". It lowers the low productivity in this country even more. We should rather have "public workdays"... when everyone who wants to work, gets a job for a day!

The pics are back Howard... Think they may just have been borrowed?

I used to work for a "company" that uses a huge out-contracted financial system. Every so often the "developers" would change something, which then breaks something else. Then (a) they got paid to fix the problem they themselves caused, and (b) everybody was always very thanking and praising when the "developers" fixed the problem they themselves caused. Why must we thank somebody for (a) fixing a problem they themselves caused, and (b) for actually doing their job, which if they had done it right in the first place, we wouldn't have had point (a)?

In my books, when a techie/developer says things like "a few gremlins might still be around" or "there's bound to be a few glitches", then they are not doing their job.

Would you accept the same lines from the dealer selling you a new car?
