Payment status

Hi guys,

Can anyone explain to me in the payments received, what does it mean when there is a line through the amount paid and the status is "Replaced" ?.

Newbie in selling or maybe just something i never noticed before LOL :razz:

I had one of those the customer did an electronic payment via BOB which didnt go through, they then did it again, and the first one got crossed out.

Its a cancellation of that payment.

Hi Wild Cat1, I've found the best way to work with bobPay Eft's is to allocate your payments from the emails BOB sends you, (just create a rule in Outlook sending all the payment mails to a seperate folder:blink1:), or selecting the filter "Payments Completed" on the site. That way you need not even worry about the rest, just the payments that have come in...:blink1: Hope that helps too...
