Payment System Error

Hi BoB Team

 

I have a buyer that has tried twice to pay by BoBpay Credit Card.

The payment won't go through, it says there is a payment system error.

 

I know there were some changes made yesterday and was wondering if this has possibly been affected by the changes.

 

Please could you investigate.

Hi - we currently have credit card payment issues and are busy looking at it. Incidentally I also had issues with my card at Spar and Woolworths - not sure if this is something generic, but we will try and resolve.

The one order has come right, I was able to accept the payment.

The other one is O/No 3383602. This was actually the first one that gave problems, the payment wouldn't even go through at all.

I did advise the buyer to try again tomorrow.
