Please can someone ID This.

It is from a set of silver or gilt silver medallions based on a RSA definitive stamp set; the medallion set was issued in the mid 70s I think!

Thanx for your reply.I'm not sure it's silver,because it has a definite goldish colour and is fairly heavy.

The goldish colour is silver tarnish aka toning, do not try and clean this off as it will inevitably reduce its value.

Hi Semaj,

They are the same....what I meant was it is a Replica of the stamp but made in silver and then gold plated (Gilt).
