 Bidorbuy please take note that ABucca4248 and IriJon2626-3 might be the same person bidding and buying but do not pay. WarMin6479-1 also seems not to be trusted and my feeling are that there's a link between the other 2.

PS. Like others on this forum I have to wonder how much interest BoB earns on our money due to time wasters like this. Maybe it is the true reason why we have to wait 7 days to file SNC Alerts...

BOB  needs to seriously change their strategy to force people to pay for orders  quicker  ,  this I becoming out f control  just in 2 weeks  I have a large amount of none payers  and on high value  items then bob seems just sometimes believe the lies they come up with  : as for this email that gets sent  after you have filed snc's  (SNC: please confirm receipt of payment)  , if i click on email to counter the dispute that payment was not received it gives some error and doesn't work and in turn i make a loss in fees.  not acceptable  i have emails hello at and no reply , so they just go  ahead as if i did get paid .

BOB please note tis email of yours doesn not work!!!

It seems people think online shopping is a game  once they click  there needs to be  more done to force immediate payment

Ebay would never put up this behaviour.

I am sitting with 1 negative rating from a buyer who hassled me in 2012 until

I asked her to stop bidding on my auctions.

Not that it is any of my business ( Until she hassles me)but she has had 2 accounts disabled over the years all under friends names

and recently bought something from me and because I had changed my user name about 18 months ago she did not know it was me

I know that rating is a blatant lie and I am still fuming about it.After conducting myself with integrity on Bidorbuy for 10 years I have to sit with a negative rating from a user who could not care less and can carry on opening accounts under other people's names and do as she pleases.

What to do about a buyer who does the following -

Contacts me in July pleading for me to close an item for her because she desperately wants it.  Against better judgement I close the item (R4). She then demands SAPO and since the item is porcelain I warn her repeatedly that it's chances of a successful intact arrival are slim.  She insists and pays less than required amount for SAPO postage.  I request her to pay the outstanding and she complains to BoB that Im not posting the item. The postage fee was R50.  BoB calls me and threatens to block my account if I do not post asap.   SAPO pls remember was on strike at the time also...and ATheron knew this (oops :)   So I now post the item adding R10 to make the R50.  IE - I have now paid HER to have the item.   Now on the 17th of July buyer receives the item at SAPO and I receive a negative rating stating that I am a "rogue" seller (whatever that means) and the item was LATE ???? SAPO strike remember !!  But okay, bygones are bygones and I'm just glad to see the end of her.   Today 27th SEPTEMBER my account is blocked by BoB and when I call them, I am informed that the buyer (YUP....SAME ONE who received her plate on 17th July) has demanded a refund because the item is broken ??      As bizarre as this sounds .... ITS REAL !!

Update !! Today 8/28/2018 I am again contacted by BoB (Mandla Bhemgu) Customer "Care" and told I should now refund the postage of R50 as well or be blocked.  Okay, I did not receive R50 ??!!   Am I in some form of unreal Twilight Zone ??  I've already added money when I sent the item.....now I have to pay R50.  WOW !! If buyers get this little game going they can fleece ANY number of Sellers and have a tidy little sum.  Complicit to Scamming , what is your next scheme BoB ??

You have a number of negative ratings for items arriving broken.Once a buyer has paid for an item it no longer belongs to you and you should treat it with respect.Learn to post orders well wrapped so that they do not break.

65 neutral ratings and 45 negative ratings shows you have little respect for the platform you trade on either

Well Little Miss Muffet, I can't agree more, except that my negative ratings are definitely not all re breakages and neither the neutrals.

Your point appears more to highlight something within,   than it is about the issue of SAPO being on strike and THEIR disrespect for peoples property.  If the buyer paid FOUR RAND for the porcelain plate (because I MYSELF closed it early as a favor), THEN was asked repeatedly to please not use SAPO, THEN paid less for the SAPO postage than required, and I'VE added to the postage to post it, I have in fact paid her to have the item.  Then should I purchase a wooden crate also to package the plate inside?  I've received pics of METAL items Ive posted that arrive as flat as 5cm - except that those buyers contact me and I refund asap, problem solved.     HUNDREDS of the other ratings praise the packaging - but you fail to see or mention that piece of information obviously because it would not be as self-serving.        And pls do not insinuate that I have no respect for this that or the other, since you simply are unable to do so. I am a stranger to you and long may it remain that way
