Sellers not responding after receiving payment

Tops - Stunning Lacoste Golfer - Size Medium & XL was sold for R130.00 on 15 Sep at 20:01 by MR BRANDS in Durban (ID:26139428)

 

Women's Watches - R2500 - PIERRE CARDIN PCD4903WW Brand New Watch With Precious Stones - Genuine Diamond & Mother of was sold for R361.00 on 20 Aug at 14:02 by Hourglass Jewels in Pretoria / Tshwane (ID:25046181)

 

All the above three items were won during the auctions dated 15 Sep 2010, 15 Sep 2010 and 20 Aug 2010. The payments were made and confirmations were sent to the sellers. However after that there has been no communication and the sellers have not responded with tracking numbers and neither have the products been delivered.

 

The sellers in question are : MR BRANDS, Durban and Hourglass Jewels Pretoria.

You need to report your problem to communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za without further ado! Remember to give them all relevant info, i.e. auction number, order number and date you completed it, emails you sent to the sellers, etc. etc. Don't wait another day to do the reporting!
