Unrealistically cheap flash device

Item is known to be a highly copied fake. Usually it is a compressed flash device of 2gb in size, yet shows 256gb on both the item and package itself. When plugging it into a PC the drive shows it's true size OR indeed displays 256gb, but cannot have more than 2gb written to the device (at which point it is rendered unusable)

 

Also, the item retails online at R8000+ so there is little chance that the seller could be letting these go for
