Keep Records of sold and sent items for at least 3 years!

I got a friendly mail from a buyer this morning to please combine all items bought from me. Looking at my records, these sales were make from early 2009 to mid 2009. Fortunately I could provide tracking numbers of items sent. Thinking that this buyer had me confused with another seller, I noticed he/she had not purchased anything since March 2010. Moral of the Story - Keep your records of tracking numbers for at least 2/3 years!
