Guest Guest Posted September 14, 2010 I am looking for your wise words oh wise one... I have noticed that you have 100% ratings and you are a seller. How do you do that? I have only recently started and I am lucky to still have a 100% but I received a neutral from someone that couldnt work the item I send him. I offered advice and an explanation on how to work it. I even offered a full refund or another item and free gift (I am really trying to keep the buyers happy) But seems it will not get a positive. Atleast it was'nt a negative, but I am sure that will come... So how can I prevent it and what do you do to keep all your clients happy? Please advise o' great one

KMartin 10 Posted September 23, 2010 How do Lillythepink do it ? Simple... Quick, freindly, hounest service keeping all clients happy. I have not bought from Lillythepink before, but that 100% rating has to be justified... if anyone was not 100% satisfied with her service and products it would not be otherwise. Congrats on Lillythepink.
lilythepink 11 Posted September 23, 2010 Thanks again, KMartin! As I said in the previous thread - compliments are due to the really big sellers like geewhizz, asha craft, seedsandall, etc.!
MrAerospace 10 Posted September 23, 2010 Lily is far too modest. She's one of the kindest people on this earth!
