ClickandShip 10 Posted August 8, 2010 A Seller on the site has sent me this message in a question : Hi, would you be interested in buying *****, ******? if you are you can get me on *** at hotmail dot co dot za In the email from BoB it says : If the buyer is asking you to contact them directly in order to bypass the bidorbuy system, please note that this is against the bidorbuy Terms and Conditions. bidorbuy monitors the Questions and Answers on items :oand reserves the right to take appropriate action if a violation of terms is detected. Can I be penalised (Disabled/Blacklisted:o) for receiving this? I have deleted the question immediately!!

SProducts 10 Posted August 8, 2010 No I dont think you will get into trouble, but I would strongly suggest you inform BoB on communitywatch@bidorbuy.co.za so they can deal with such seller. This will at least count in your favour for reporting the seller. Sipho
jacque31 10 Posted August 8, 2010 No of course you can't get in trouble - you or any other seller have no control of buyers asking questions like that! But the response given to them can get a seller in trouble, if you by pass the system in any way for example. But yeah probably a good idea to report it to BoB.
