Ad listings not so good

Recommended Posts

I don't usually check my ads on a Wednesday from the front end, but just checked some now and all my descriptions are not as they should be :(

Wherever 'Heading' formats were used in the editor, these headings (Titles of products, etc) are all re-sized and my ads look disproportionate.

All these were fine before ... Not a happy chappy

It's not just the crazy wedenesday, it's all my listings.

All my titles are now much smaller. I can see me having to do all these listings again.

Hi - does it affect all your listings and just the title? We will have a detailed look at it tomorrow.

We did find that after our UI refresh over the weekend (http://forum.bidorbuy.co.za/bidorbuy-announcements/10297-change-bidorbuy-user-interface-over-weekend.html), some sellers listings did not display as they used to. This was mainly due to the HTML in the item description previously being displayed wrong (i.e. the HTML would define cyan as a colour, but it would display as black).

I did have a quick look at some of your listings and I am pretty certain that we can bring those back to its original look (i.e. bigger title) without you having to change anything.

Please don't rework your listings - I will get back to you tomorrow...

Hi there,

I have adjusted the heading formats; please confirm that this is more inline with what you expected.

Thanks
