RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted July 18, 2010 We doing a lot of listing today, and since the new changes, a problem has surfaced: 1. Once we "Edit" a listing, then click "Update" , it brings up the usual page BUT if we click "Edit your listing" it brings up the error "Error: Trade for auto must be classified contact". admin 8 Posted July 18, 2010 Can't find the version of Google Chrome - where do I check that out? Little spanner in top right corner then click on About Google Crome.

digitalgheko 10 Posted July 18, 2010 Superimposition gone as soon as I tried to take a screen shot! Can't find the version of Google Chrome - where do I check that out? Top right of the Chrome window; click on the "Spanner" then About Google Chrome. Ok... this is very strange... I was hoping to see some sort of bugs in the layout. (for once lol) Is it just the Logout that's missing? Are the Login / Register options visible when not logged in to the site? Try clearing all cache and doing a forced refresh :: With chrome open; hit CTRL+SHIFT+DEL. This will pop-up a window with various options for cache removal. Select everything (except saved passwords); change the data period to at least one week and hit Clear Data. This will forcably delete all cache stores for the last week. Once that's done hit CTRL+SHIFT+R. This will perform a 'non-graceful' refresh; and should clear all Session based cache and reload the current page. Hope this works... RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted July 18, 2010 I did everything explained, and it still does not work. When I was logged off, there was no sign of a login button either. I am sure you will figure it out, it is probably something silly.

Little Miss Muffet 81 Posted July 18, 2010 Someone mentioned we could include the tracking number so that Bob could view it? Where do I find that. Also in the 3 blocks under all sales one used to be able to type in a user name or surname no matter how long ago the transaction took place. Now it only shows up recent transactions

Guest MacMuffin Posted July 18, 2010 Hi, It is happening to every listing. Strange - I just updated one of your items (using Safari and IE8) and both worked: Just to be sure, can you clear your caches (if you are running IE8, delete your browsing history). RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted July 18, 2010 Something else that has happened this morning which has never happened before. Our tables in all our listings have gone a little crazy. Most our listings that have this table are affected. I cant explain it, but have a look at the screenshot. There is a big space between the table wall and "Butterfly...". The other strange thing is that I can not delete that cell in the edit box. I can delete all other cells. Only been like this since this morning.
RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted July 18, 2010 Macmuffin, In that page where you showed the screenshot - click "Edit your listing". That is when I get the error.

RAG Auctioneers 10 Posted July 18, 2010 MacMuffin, Thank you very much, it worked. That was some messy code in those listings. I dont know why those tags were there in the first place. I think that visual editor sometimes adds or leaves code in that is not needed.

Glad you came right with that. =] We are currently looking at the editor and will be sorting out all these 'extra coding' and other issues with it over the next week or two.
